Cambridge Opportunity Studentships and Get In Cambridge Studentships are for Masters students from low-income Communities with experience of educational disadvantage who are set at the Home rate for fees.

Cambridge Opportunity Studentships and Get In Cambridge Studentships Requirement:

The Get In Cambridge Studentships follow the same criteria and are specifically aimed at addressing the under-representation of students from Black, British Bangladeshi, or British Pakistani backgrounds.

Essential criteria:

  • Applicants must not already qualify for the Masters level or higher, nor be currently enrolled in postgraduate study.
  • You must also agree with and be able to provide evidence for the statement: “I do not have the financial means (such as savings, assets, other awards, or independent income) to finance the proposed course of study.”

Additional criteria:

  • Apart from the essential criteria mentioned above, there are further details outlined on the admissions application form. If you have faced challenging life circumstances such as educational disruption due to moving schools or illness, working during full-time undergraduate study, limitations in choosing your undergraduate university, an unconventional path to postgraduate study, or any other relevant circumstances, you may still be eligible.
